We proudly employ predominantly Papuan staff throughout our resorts. By doing so, over the years we have provided many people with alternatives to destructive forms of income such as dynamite fishing and shark finning. Besides other skills, many of our wonderful team are musically gifted and love nothing more than to sing and play guitar.
